Dress is from Banana Republic and is a tweet belted sheath dress similar to this but the belt is made from the same fabric as the dress and there is a fold over apron collar. LOVE this dress.
 
Shoes are actually Ann Taylor perfect platform pump in black patent leather.

Blouse is actually Old Navy Though...like circa 2002

I finally saw this blouse up close at H&M today and I'm in love. Didn't have time to try it on so will be purchasing next week for sure! At $34.95 it's a steal!
